Payment and shipping

In the webshop you can pay with Visa / MasterCard / MobilePay / ApplePay. Your money will only be deducted once your order has been shipped. All amounts on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery can take up to 2-7 business days.

Right of withdrawal

At www.lustanjo.dk you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a buyer.
Your right of withdrawal expires 14 days after you have received your order.
However, it is important that the item has not been taken into use during the period of the right of withdrawal. If traces of wear can be detected, we can unfortunately not take your item back.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary for you to determine the nature, properties, and function of the product. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Lustanjo to assess the condition of the item.

If you have not used the item (s), please contact us by e-mail (kontakt@leamogree.art) to indicate that you wish to return your order.

Returns

Once you have announced that you want to return your order, please send it to us.
You as the buyer are responsible for shipping costs for returning goods.

Complaints

The Purchase Act’s deficiency rules may apply.
You have a 24-month right of complaint, where you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement, that the complaint is justified and the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
If, on the other hand, a complaint is not justified, you will be charged freight back and forth.
